2022 Summer Programs 

 

June 20, 2022 – August 15, 2022 (Closed 4th of July)

Our program is located at the Windsor Discovery Center & Montessori School in the Milo W. Peck building. It has a large gym and numerous large classrooms that facilitate grouping of children by age and interest. There are two fenced in playscapes, a soccer field, and 44 acres of wooded areas and nature trails including a ropes challenge course. We offer summer programs for children ages 18 months to 10 years old. Elementary programs available for children entering Kindergarten through fourth grade.

Half Day Montessori Toddler Summer Program

The Montessori Toddler Program is a four, two week session summer program for children between the ages of 18 months and 3 years. This summer program will operate from June 20th through August 12th,  Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 12:00pm. During the summer months our Montessori Toddler program follows a themed based approach to learning. Summer enrollment is available in one 2 week session increments. Registrations is open on a first come first serve basis.

 

Preschool Summer Program – 2022 Registration CLOSED

The Preschool summer program is a recreational and educational based program revolving around weekly themes for children ages 3-4 and fully potty trained. The program will operate from June 20th through August 19th. We offer two program options; Monday through Friday for a full day, or Monday through Friday for a half day 8:30 am- 12:00 pm. The summer enrollment is available in one-week increments.  Registration is open on a first come first serve basis.

Elementary Summer Programs

About the Summer Program

The nine-week theme based Elementary Summer Programs are specifically designed for children entering Kindergarten through 4th grade.  The programs are divided into two groups, Kindergarten-First Graders and Second-Fourth Graders. Our summer program runs 5 days a week for 9 weeks (June 20-August 19, CLOSED Monday July 4) with three summer program hour options. You may choose (depending on availability) 7:30am- 5:00pm, 8:00-5:30 pm or 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Parents/Guardians have the option of signing up for any number of weeks.

Our programs are theme based and packed with a wide range of activities that are sure to spark every child’s interests.

Cost per week:

  • Full Day Option – $265
  • Extended Day Option- $245

Additional Information

  • All Summer Programs will be CLOSED on Monday, July 4th.
  • Please return the registration form with the weeks of attendance indicated.
  • All summer program fees are paid in 3 installments. Installment dates are May 15th, June 15th and July 15th.
  • No REFUNDS
  • Each summer program will have a maximum capacity of 20 children per group. Spaces are limited and will be on a first come basis.
  • Every family is required to pay a $50 registration fee per child.
  • Every child must have a current yearly physical with a copy of the updated information sent to us with their registration information.

Kindergarten & First Graders

Children must be 5 Years of age to attend this program.

The K-1 Summer program is available for children ages 5 and 6.

 

2nd Through 4th Grade Summer Program

The 2nd-4th grade Summer program is available for children ages 7-9.
